At Ohana, we prioritize the connection between the classroom and the family. We utilize Brightwheel for instantaneous updates throughout the school day, complemented by our open-door communication policy via text, phone, and email.

We take a data-informed approach to education by conducting formal assessments every September and May. This allows our educators to track progress accurately and pivot learning strategies to support each student's specific journey toward academic success.

Payments:

For your convenience, Ohana Learning Center utilizes Brightwheel for secure, automated tuition management. We also accept payments via Zelle, TEFA and CCS (Child Care Services). Our administrative system ensures a paperless experience; all invoices and comprehensive end-of-year tax statements are delivered directly to your email, providing you with effortless access to your financial records and tax documentation.
